五方PARK文化创意产业园位于北京市朝阳区王四营乡道口村8号，占地面积66666.67平方米，建筑面积8000平方米。其中大部分是两层独栋住宅、独栋住宅或排式办公空间。位于五方桥东北角，前身为北京玻璃仪器厂王四营仓库，创建于1980年初，2018年初结束了其38年的玻璃产品存储功能。连锁花园一号于2018年进行了升级改造，从外部结构设计上尽可能地保留了工业时代的原有特色，并注入了现代时尚元素。园区内设有员工餐厅、咖啡厅、茶馆、园区班车、休闲健身房、便利店等，将建成集影视、传媒、文化、科技为一体的新型产业园。五方公园的PARK设计融合美学理念，设置城市广场、艺术花园、草坪美术馆等共享空间，规划蓝景艺术中心、像素画廊、科技带、装饰艺术广场。不时举办的花卉沙龙、公益班、儿童集市等丰富多彩的活动，让这里充满了浓郁的生活气息。2021年，五方公园成功入选首批“北京市级旅游休闲街区”，今年又入选北京网红打孔地，凭借实力“圈粉”!夜幕降临，五方公园“夜越精彩”。作为朝阳打造的夜间经济消费圈和夜宵店街区，五方公园开展了许多帮助夜间消费的活动，比如举办夜宵店、露天形象最大化等各种娱乐夜场活动，以及夜场音乐会、夜场书店、夜场画廊、夜场沙龙等，让凉井西的夜生活更加丰富多彩。

The PARK design of Wufang Park integrates aesthetic concepts, sets up shared spaces such as city square, art garden and lawn art gallery, and plans the Lanjing Art Center, pixel gallery, science and technology ribbon and decorative art square. Colorful activities such as floral salons, public welfare classes and children's bazaars held from time to time have filled this place with a strong atmosphere of life. In 2021, Wufang PARK was successfully selected into the first batch of "Beijing-level tourist and leisure blocks", and this year it was also selected as the punching place of Beijing Net Red, relying on its strength to "circle the powder"! As night falls, Wufang PARK is "the more wonderful the night is". As a night economic consumption circle and Midnight Food Store block built by Chaoyang, Wufang PARK has carried out many activities to help night consumption, such as holding various entertainment night activities such as Midnight Food Store and open-air image maximum, as well as night concerts, night bookstores, night galleries and night salons, which make the night life in Liangjing West more colorful.
